LEADERSHIP TRAINING

Many of the pastors functioning in third word countries today have never received any training. Education and development of qualified pastors is critical to the growth of the community. Eternity Minded Ministries provides training programs to teach pastors Bible study skills, how to prepare effective messages, and how to minister to their flock.

For instance, during an Eternity Minded Ministries festival a full three-day conference is held where all  local pastors and spouses are invited. During the three-days the conference attendees are taken through an in-depth Bible study and given culturally relevant application examples. This is a time to equip them with skills and knowledge to disciple their church, to lift them up spiritually, and to celebrate what God is doing in their community.  Even after the festival has ended, Eternity Minded Ministries provides mentoring to pastors and church leaders as they minister to their communities.

Discipleship training is provided to Christian leaders in the community both before, during and after festivals.  Each person that comes forward during the festival to receive Christ receives counseling onsite and also receives a follow-up visit by a Christian leader who is trained to help them plug into a local church and continue in their Christian walk.
